| Abstract: | In this paper,the danger and the cause to form the traffic congestion on the urban intersection has been analyzed,a new strategy to guide traffic flow and to increase capacity on urban intersection has been suggested.This new strategy is to build tunnel of bicycle and pedestrian under the urban intersection,which needn't increase the total intersection area on the earth's surface,and needn't demolish the buildings around the intersection too.A lot of advantage and the applicability of the strategy is given. |
