| Abstract: | This paper introduces the retrospective bibliographical database establishment for both western periodicals and Chinese periodicals, analyzes that the number of a periodical should possess the features of scientificness, simpleness and strong suitability, and points out that the variation of periodical name should be unified and normalized. |
