| 摘 要： | 分析了高校"80后"辅导员队伍建设的各类挑战,对高校"80后"辅导员队伍实现"三化"的建设途径进行了探索,以期建设一支"专业化、职业化、专家化"、素质过硬、结构合理且相对稳定的高校"80后"辅导员队伍,实现高校人才的培养目标和稳定发展。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes all kinds of challenges of "after 80s" counselor team construction in colleges and universities,explores the approach of realizing "three changes",in order to build a relatively stable "after 80s" counselor team with "specialized,professional,expert" qualities,reasonable structure so as to reach the talents training target and realize stable development. |
