| 摘 要： | 从我国交通运输业发展的实际出发，认为股份制改造将给交通运输业的发展带来机遇，通过对股份制的本质及主要功能的简要分析，阐明了交通运输业实行股份制改造的必要性，并用大量实例说明了交通运输企业进行股份制改造的可行性。并对交通运输企业股份制改造的策略、投资咨询机构从中所能起的作用进行了一些分析。

| Abstract: | In light of the facts lying in the development of the trade of communications and transportation,it is a favourable opportunity for the businesses of communications and transportation to be transformed into stock companies.By means of analysing the history of development,natural and main functions of stock company,it is clarified that transforming the businesses of communications and transportation into stock companies is essential.And it is illustrated that this kind of transformation is feasible and has good prospects by using many living examples.Also,the tactics of transformation and the function of an advisory organization of investment during the transformation are analysed. |
