| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心肌梗死病人经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后的护理。方法严密心电、血压监测;实施拔管后的护理;抗凝治疗的护理及心理疏导;术后卧床休息、饮食进行合理的指导。结果37例患者通过介入治疗,加强术后护理均痊愈出院。结论术后精心护理及严密监护,积极处理是介入治疗成功的保障。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore nursing care for patients with myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods：37 patients with myocardial infarction who undergone the percutaneous coronary intervention stay in bed after operation and received the elaborative monitoring of ECG and blood pressure, the psychological nursing and the guidance of rational diet. Results： 37 patients with myocardial infarction who received percutaneous coronary intervention and the enhanced post-operative care all cured and left hospital. Conclusion： Postoperative elaborative nursing and active treatment are guarantee of success. |
