摘    要:文章采用工程易于实现的模糊控制方法,进行了基于ARM7的叉车自动变速电子控制单元设计。软件设计中移植了嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-II,采用多任务程序的设计方法,利用自主开发的电子控制单元对某国产5~10t叉车装车并进行实车试验。试验结果表明,叉车自动变速电子控制单元可自动识别载荷和运行工况,采用相应的控制策略有效地改善了换挡平顺性和车辆安全性。

Abstract:The fuzzy control that is implemented easily in projects is used to design the automatic transmission electronic control unit of the forklift truck based on ARM7.The software is designed based on the μC/OS-II-imbedded real-time operating system and the multitask program design method is adopted.The road test on a domestic forklift of 5-10 t is carried out based on the self-developed electronic control unit.The experimental results show that the self-developed automatic transmission electronic control unit of the forklift truck can identify the load and operating conditions automatically,and adopt appropriate control strategy to improve the shift comfort and vehicle safety effectively.
