| 摘 要： | 我国婚姻法规定的夫妻财产制是以法定财产制为主、约定财产制为辅,但法定财产制有很多缺陷,约定财产制的规定也过于原则,不便操作。为保证夫妻双方平等的财产权,需要对它们不断地完善。

| Abstract: | The conjugal property system set up Marriage Law is mainly concentrated on the legal property system,supported by agreed property system.There are many limitations in the legal property system.The agreed property system is too fundamental to practice.To ensure the equal property rights of the husband the wife,the sysytem has to be gradually perfected. |
