摘    要:工作室制人才培养模式主要是指以职业领域和岗位群的实际需要为出发点,以项目式教学为主,让学生在工作任务引领下,自主开展学习探究活动。同时,工作室还借鉴企业的管理和岗位素质要求进行教学设计、教学管理和教学评价,突出职业能力的培养。工作室制人才培养模式下的学生考核评价涉及学生的专业知识、职业技能及职业素养等,与传统教学评价相比,它引入企业员工的考核评价标准,更加注重过程性评价与多元评价,突出学生的自我评价。

Abstract:Studio-based talents training pattern means that students carry out inquiry activities by themselves with the guidance of the work tasks,which starts from actual needs of professional fields and positions and focuses on the task-based teaching methods.Meanwhile,studio-based talents training pattern emphasizes the priority of cultivating professional techniques.Therefore,in this training pattern,teachers can borrow management experiences and posi-tional qualifications from the enterprises to design,manage and evaluate the teaching.Taking the nine-studio as ex-ample,this thesis puts emphasis on the exploration and practice of evaluation criteria under studio-based talents training pattern in higher vocational education,including professional knowledge,skill and professional quality.
