摘 要: | 事业单位实行绩效工资是国家深化事业单位工资制度改革的重大举措。作为绩效工资的重要部分,奖励性绩效工资的执行情况直接关系到整个绩效工资制度的实施效果。根据目前奖励性绩效工资制度的实施现状及普遍存在的问题,建议从绩效评估机制的建立、内部分配方式的改革、定期调整机制的建立、审批机制的完善、监督力度的加大等方面入手,不断加以完善。

Abstract: | Implementation of the performance-based salary is an inportant measure in deepening the reform of the pay system in state-run institutions.As an important part of incentive performance-based salary,bonus pay for per-formance is directly related to the implementation of the performance pay system.Based on a clear understanding of the implementation of the incentive pay for performance,this thesis analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions for further improvement. |
