摘    要:进行了甘蔗渣生物机械法制浆的试验,探讨了生物预处理对磨浆能量消耗、纸张物理强度和光学性能的影响。白腐菌预处理和机械磨解相结合的甘蔗渣生物机械法制浆,具有降低磨浆能量消耗的效果。对比试验表明,生物预处理提高了纸浆的强度性能,尤其是抗张指数和撕裂指数,不透明度基本保持不变,白度明显降低,但白度的降低可以通过H2O2漂白处理得到恢复

Abstract:Bagasse Biomechanical Pulping (BMP) was studied and discussed in this paper, including effects of fungi pretreatment on energy consumption, strength and optical properties of handsheets. Bagasse biomechanical pulping by combining fungi pretreatment with mechanical refining is energy saving. It is found by the contrast experiments that fungi pretreatment enhanced strength of handsheets, especially tensile and tear indexes. No significant changes in opacity was observed. Brightness of BMP was reduced obviously by fungi pretreatment, but it could be restored by means of H 2O 2 bleaching.
