熔铸莫来石凝固过程数值模拟

摘    要:利用数值方法建立了模拟三维温度场的数学模型,对具体的熔铸莫来石凝固过程进行了模拟计算和实际测定。表明所建立模型和运算程序适用于该类融体的熔铸过程模拟,为在微机上实现对各种熔铸材料凝固过程的模拟奠定基础。

Abstract:A mathematical model and a FORTRAN program were established for simulation of the temperature field of the molten mullite and verified by the measurements in a factory.The stability of finitely difference equation to all grid point was discussed.Through the simulation we can acknowledge the variation of temperature field and the moving of solidification on the micro computer.Also,we can fulfill vast work by computer before practical casting.
