| Abstract: | Based on discussing the characteristics of JDBC,two methods of accessing Oracle 8i database by using JDBC are introduced in this paper.One method is by using JDBO ODBC Bridge drivers and the other by using database vendor's dedicated database drivers. By using these two methods,accessing Oracle databases is becoming easy,and progrmming developers can implement Java database application rapidly. |
