大豆磷脂酰乙醇胺分子种组成分析

摘    要:用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)在反相Prodigy ODS(3)柱上,以甲醇-氯仿-乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱程序分析了大豆磷脂酰乙醇胺的分子种组成,蒸发光散射检测器用做HPLC峰的检测,峰面积归一化法定量。组分定性由气.相色谱(GC)测定的HPLC峰的脂肪酸组成确定。分析结果表明,大豆磷脂酰乙醇胺由9个分子种组成,其中C18:2C18:2,C18:1C18:2,C16:0C18:2,C16:0C18:1,C18:0C18:2分子种是主要组分。

Abstract:Soybean phosphatidylethanolamine molecular species was analysis on a reverse phase Prodigy ODS (3) column by high performance liquid chromatography, gradient eluted program was performed with flow phase consisting of chloroform-methanol-acetonitrile-water. An evaporative light-scattering detector was used for HPLC quantification. Molecular species identities were assigned from fatty acid compositions determined by gas chromatography. 9 molecular species of soybean PE were found, C18:2C18:2, Cl8:1,C18:2, C16:0C18:1, C16:0C18:2, C18:0C18:2were the maior molecular species.
