全球化视野下的高等教育体制改革

以市场机制为主导的经济全球化的不断深入，必然影响和带动教育的全球化过程，从全球化及其对中国高等教育体制提出的挑战入手，从市场机制和管理现代化两个角度，分析和阐述应对这种挑战的我国高等教育体制外部和内部改革与创新的基本方向和思路，提出政府对高等教育的管理方式、高等学校内部的管理模式对于高校能否与全球的市场化相衔接进而有效地吸纳优质教育资源，促进自身发展是特别关键的问题。

Higher Education System Reform in Globalization Pattern

With the development of economic globalization lead by market rule, education globalization must be affected and promoted. From the challenge of globalization to Chinese-higher education system , the writer of this article analyses and expounds the basic thought of reform and innovation to interior and outside constitution of Chinese high education according to market rule and modern management. The writer thinks that the mode -which government manage high education and university manage itself -is especial key problem that university can or not meet global market and benefit from global excellent education resources to promote itself.
