| 摘 要： | 随着体育事业的发展,体育竞技事务越来越频繁,使体育志愿者的需要量逐渐增加。体育志愿者事业的可持续发展,需要构建相应的激励机制,从而使我国体育事业得到和谐发展。本文通过运用西方激励理论和马斯洛需求层次理论,对体育志愿者组织发展的激励机制进行了分析和探讨,并建构了促进我国体育志愿者组织发展的激励机制体系。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of the sports business,the sport movable business is more and more multifarious and make the increasing demand on the athletics volunteers.Holding the sustainable development of sport volunteers' business need to build the rational mechanism of encourage.Thus make our country the sport business get harmonious development.Through applying the theories of encourages and Maslow's need theories from the west,the paper set up the system of encourage the mechanism for promoting the organization of athletics volunteer's development in our country. |
