| 摘 要： | 高校研究生如能建立起对学校的认同,就会产生归属感、幸福感和荣誉感,从而使学习更有效率。本文对与学校认同感关系密切的四个影响因素进行了调查,并对这四个因素的得分情况进行了比较分析,揭示了学生在这四个方面的认同差异情况。
