| Abstract: | The small enrollment scale of the postgraduate education and its training objective provide a foundation of the fine management for the postgraduate education of scientific research institutes. Fine management contributes to the promotion of the standardization, refinement and personality development for the postgraduate education of scientific research institutes. And it also contributes to the enhancement of the executive force and the improvement of the cultivation quality of postgraduate students. |
