| 摘 要： | 节约集约利用土地是实现耕地保护目标的主要手段,集约利用建设用地是建设节约型社会的一个重要途径。本文以湖南省宁远县为研究区域,通过对宁远县建设用地现状的分析,提出了宁远县建设用地集约利用中存在的问题及解决办法。

| Abstract: | Conservation and intensive use of land resources is the main measure to achieve the goal of protecting arable land. It is also one of the most important ways for building an economized society. The problems of conservation and intensive use of construction land were discussed and the countermeasures were put forward as Ningyuan County being used for a study area. |
