生物膜填料塔净化甲醛废气以亚硫酸钠为喷淋液实验研究

摘    要:以0.05M亚硫酸钠溶液为喷淋液,考查生物膜填料塔对甲醛废气净化效率和总去除量影响。实验结果表明:随着气体流量增大,总去除量随之增大,净化效率可达99.85%以上;随着甲醛气体入口质量浓度增大,净化效率和总去除量也随之增大,净化效率最高达100%,对应总去除量可达5.3mg/l.h;随着喷淋液流量增加,净化效率增加,大于99.5%,而总去除量稳定维持在1.67mg/l.h左右。该实验研究成果将成为高效净化甲醛废气有效途径的依据。
