鼓槌石斛干花正己烷提取物的GC-MS研究

摘    要:利用GC-MS联用技术,首次分析了鼓槌石斛干花正己烷提取物,并应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算了各成分的相对含量。共确认了22个化学成分,占总提取物的92.34%,其中含量最高的是十八碳二烯酸(亚油酸),约占提取物总量的40.66%.

Abstract:Chemical constituents of the hexane extraction from flowers of Dendrobium chrysotoxum were studied by the method of GC-MS.The relative contents of various components were determined by area normalization method.22 components were characterized and representing 92.34 % of the extraction.(Z,Z)-Octadeca-9,12-dienoic acid,as linolic acid,was the relative highest contents for 40.66%.
