纳米CaCO3粒子对PMMA材料动态力学性能的影响

摘    要:利用DMTA技术研究了纳米CaCO3粒子对PMMA材料动态力学性能的影响:纳米CaCO3粒子对PMMA材料的储能模量、阻尼和力学状态转变点有明显影响,有助于提高PMMA材料高温段动态力学性能和扩大力学状态稳定区间.这表明用动态力学热分析技术这一新的表征手段,能更有效地表现出纳米粒子对聚合物基动态力学性能影响的规律和效能.

Abstract:The effects of nano-CaCO_3 particles on the dynamic mechanical property of PMMA(polymeric) material were studied by DMTA technique.The results showed that CaCO_3 nanoparticle affects PMMA dynamic mechanical property and extend the stable area of mechanical state observably.The(dynamic) mechanical analysis technique could was effectly applied to study for the effects of nano-particles on polymeric material dynamic mechanical property.
