| 摘 要： | 与用户交流是图书馆开展信息服务的基础,新环境下,开展有效的用户交流是当前高职院校图书馆的重要工作。阐述了高职院校图书馆在信息服务过程中加强用户交流的必要性,提出了高职院校图书馆将用户交流与信息服务同步开展的构想。

| Abstract: | The communication with users is the foundation for the library to carry out the information service.Under the new environment,it is an important work for the library of higher vocational college to develop efficient user communication.This paper expounds the necessity of strengthening user communication in the information service of the library of higher vocational college,and puts forward an idea of synchronously developing the user communication and the information service in the library of higher vocational college. |
