| Abstract: | According to the findings of the statistical survey on provincial RD institutions in Shanxi Province since the implementation of Eleventh Five-Year Plan,this paper makes a comparative analysis on the comprehensive indexes of independent innovation capacity of Shanxi＇s provincial RD institutions,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
