对氯苯酚分子印迹复合膜的制备及其表征

摘    要:分子印迹聚合物(MIP)制备的目标是获得在空间和结合位点上与某一分子(模板分子或印迹分子)完全匹配的聚合物.因其具有构效预定性、特异识别性和广泛实用性三大特点而发展迅速.分子印迹复合膜是在现有膜的基础上,在其表面或膜孔中制备一层分子印迹聚合物,使其既有MIP的特点,又有膜的稳定性.以对氯苯酚为模板分子,偏氟膜为支撑膜,丙烯酰胺或甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,采用热引发原位聚合方法制备了对氯苯酚分子印迹聚合物膜.通过FTIR与扫描电子显微镜对膜进行进行了表征,研究了分子印迹膜对对氯苯酚及其结构类似物(2-氯苯酚、苯酚)的静态吸附量.结果表明:印迹复合膜对模板分子对氯苯酚的吸附量约为非印迹膜的3倍;且对模板分子对氯苯酚及异构体2-氯苯酚的吸附量远远大于苯酚,可能是复合膜上印迹聚合物的孔穴要比苯酚尺寸大的原因.
