界面形貌对涂层残余应力影响的数值模拟

摘    要:
应用有限元软件ANSYS中的热分析功能,对涂层中的残余应力进行有限元分析,得到不同界面形貌模型残余应力的分布状况。分析表明,平面界面形貌比其他形貌有明显的局部应力集中现象,该结论为提高涂层界面结合强度的界面造形提供了理论支持。

Abstract:
The residual stress in thermal barrier coating was analyzed by using the thermal analysis function of finite element software ANSYS.The conclusion is that local stress concentration is more obvious than the others.The residual stress distribution of different interfacial shape model was conducted,which could provide theoretical support for improving the interface modeling on the interfacial bonding strength of the barrier coating.
