| 摘 要： | 高职院校的办学模式落后、教育产业化过度、行政主导过多过深、缺乏与时俱进的明确的创新型人才培养目标,制约着其培养创新型人才。高职院校培养创新型人才要着重解决三个问题：一是尊重和鼓励学生追求知识,质疑权威,培养具有创新意识和创新能力的学生;二是发挥教师在培养创新型人才中的作用并为教师提供必要的生活条件和学术氛围;三是根据本校的性质,注重相应层次的创新举措建设。

| Abstract: | The undeveloped school-running model,excessive industrialization of education,etc.hinder the training of innovative talents in vocational colleges.This paper offers several suggestions to solve this problem,which are cultivating students with innovative consciousness and ability,emphasizing the functions of teachers in training innovative talents and enhancing the construction of innovation measures according to each vocational college＇s characteristics. |
