静压箱特性的研究

摘    要:基于静压箱是通风管网中一种特殊的连接件.通过对其消声、阻力、均压等性能进行研究表明静压箱的消声性能除与噪声的频率、静压箱的扩张比、静压箱的长度等参数有关以外,还和它与通风管道的连接方式关系密切;要增强静压箱的均压效果,在负压通风系统中,静压箱的长度大于静压箱断面积平方根的1.5倍.在通风系统或空调风系统的复杂连接处采用静压箱连接,且进风管插入静压箱内,既可减少通风阻力,又可降低通风系统的噪声,提高了通风系统的综合性能.图1,表2,参6.

Abstract:The static pressure tank is a special connecting piece in ventilation ductwork. Through researching the quality of noise abatement, resistance and uniform compression, etc, it indicates that static pressure tank's noise abatement characteristic relates with noise frequency, ratio of dilation and length of itself. Its also relates with the connecting way with ventilation ductwork. To enhance uniform compression effect of static pressure tank in the negative ventilation system, the dilation length of finite length jet should exceed 1.5 times as its square root of section. In the complex connection of air conditioning systems or ventilation systems, adopting static pressure tanks,which the air intake duct inserts it, will not only reduce ventilation resistance but decrease its noise and improve the comprehensive performance of ventilation systems. 1fig., 2tabs., 6refs.
