密封填料的粘弹特性及其力学模型

摘    要:在综合分析了密封填料的弹性恢复、弹性后效、粘性流动及应力松弛等粘弹特性的基础上,建立了反映密封填料粘弹特性的力学模型,得出应力- 应变关系的本构方程.这有助于探讨密封填料在动态工作条件下其粘弹特性各个方面的变化特征以及对密封性能的影响,有助于实现软填料密封的研究由宏观特性向微观机理的转变,有助于开发综合特性(尤其是动态特性)优良的密封填料。

Abstract:The Visco-elastic characteristics of the sealing packing was analyzed under the static condition. The visco-elastic characteristics of the sealing packing is one of the significent factors influencing the sealing stability and reliability. On the basis of the Maxwell and Voigt models, a mechanical model for the sealing packing is developed. This model is useful for studying the change of the viscosity of the sealing packing under the dynamic condition, and useful for development of a new sealing packing with excellent dynamic properties.
