氯盐溶液预氧化—针铁矿法除铁过程的研究

摘    要:通过试验,对锌、锰氯化物溶液中预氧化—针铁矿法除铁过程进行了研究,探索了在软锰矿作氧化剂和锌焙砂作中和剂等条件下,预氧化过程和针铁矿沉铁过程同槽同时进行的工艺可行性,考察了温度、时间、氧化剂MnO_2量和溶液酸度等因素对预氧化的作用效果、除铁效果以及渣的过滤性能等指标的影响。研究结果表明:氯盐溶液中预氧化—针铁矿法同槽同时除铁过程不仅工艺可行,而且在一定的条件下能获得非常满意的除铁效果。

Abstract:In this paper preoxidation of Fe~(2 ) and precipitation of iron in chloridessolution have been studied. The effects of temperature, reaction time, quantity ofmanganese dioxide and pH of solution on the efficiency of removing iron andthe character of residue were examined. Experimental results show that iron iseasy to be removed from chloride solution under a wide range of conditions, andthe iron residue is easy to filter.
