分馏塔法兰的可靠性分析与设计

摘    要:利用可靠性理论对分馏塔法兰进行了可靠性分析与设计.给出了分馏塔法兰进行可靠性分析所必备理论基础.作为算例,对分馏塔法兰的厚度,进行了可靠性设计与传统常规设计及分析比较,结果表明:从设计理念上,分馏塔法兰的可靠性设计优于传统常规设计.

Abstract:In this paper,the reliability theory can be applied to the reliability analysis anddesign about the flange of fractionating tower.The essential theoretical basis for the reliability design offlange was also put out.The flange thickness of fractionating tower was designed,and compared with thetraditional design method.The result shows that,from the design theory,the reliability design is moreprefect than that of the traditional design.
