| 摘 要： | 大学生的就业能力是一种综合素质,应全面协调地发展,不能出现明显的“短板”.这种综合素质主要由以下四项素质组成:专业素质、职业素质、文化素质、心理素质.高校应搞好生涯规划指导,搞好专业课程的教学,科学设置通识课程、人文课程,开展有益的校园文化活动,搞好就业和创业指导,做好心理教育工作,以培养学生良好的综合素质. |
