焊缝图像边缘线提取的一种有效算法

基于机器视觉智能焊接自动化,提出了一种有效的焊缝识别算法.通过对图像进行滤波、图像锐化、二值化增强,以及针对二值化后的图像以形态学滤波方法进一步滤除图像中的孤点噪声等方式,采用Roberts边缘算子提取出焊缝图像的边缘,并利用骨架运算提取.在预处理和检测时都使用感兴趣区域.结果表明,该算法具有良好的实时性、可靠性和鲁棒性.

An effective algorithm of welding seam image edge extraction
