| 摘 要： | 独立学院是以培养“应用型、技术型”本科人才为学生培养目标,在其发展过程中开展职业资格证书培训工作,推进“双证书”制度,不仅可以促进学院的师资队伍建设和硬件条件建设,提高办学质量为地区经济培养人才,保障独立学院长效发展,而且也能为毕业生创造出良好的就业的平台。本文着重讲述独立学院开展“双证”教育的模式和注意的事项与同仁一起探讨。

| Abstract: | The independent colleges aim at cultivating "applicable and technicial" talents. In the process of the students development,conducting the professional qualification certificate training and propelling the "double certificate" mechanism will promote the construction of theteaching staff and hard infrastructure,improve the qulity of the education,guarantee the long-term development of the independent colleges,andcreate a employment platform for the graudates.
