| 摘 要： | 优化人才培养方案是高等职业院校主动适应经济社会发展,培养合格高技能人才的需要.本文从优化人才培养方案的方向,整体优化教学内容和课程体系,建立科学的课程体系结构,推行工学结合,加强实践能力的培养,构建具有特色的实践教学体系等方面进行了探索与实践.
