| 摘 要： | 本文简要地论述了利用微机对机械设备故障进行在线监测诊断的重要性，设计了AppleⅡ微机在线故障诊断系统，并以CW6140万能车床主轴箱为例给出主轴箱故障诊断结果。

| Abstract: | In this paper the importance of the on line fault diagnosis for mechanical devices using microcomputer is briefly described. A fault diagnosis system on line is developed by using Apple I microcomputer. As an example, the result of a fault diagnosis on the spindle-box system of a CW6140 lathe is given. |
