| 摘 要： | 本文从动力学角度研究具有凸缘联轴节的转子不对中故障的机理。列出轴振动的运动微分方程。得到的方程是参数激励和强迫激励联合作用。应用非线性振动的理论,用傅里叶展开求得其稳态响应,得到不同于以往中外有关文献的结果。本文在文1]的基础上,作了充实和修改,做了转子不对中的人为故障试验。试验结果与理论分析基本相符。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the vibration characteristics of two misaligned rotors connected with a flanged coupling are studied from a dynamic viewpoint. A proof is given to show that misaligned rotors produce vibration frequencies of odd number times shaft speed. The conclusion differs from those in the other related literatures.The experimental results of the rotor test are in agreement with the theo-retical analysis. |
