| 摘 要： | 根据“领会教学法”的基本理论，从排球选项课教学的实际情况出发，以普通高校非体育类学生为实验对象，运用以教学比赛为主兼顾基本技术练习的“完整-分解-完整”教学法，通过教学实验探讨不同教学序列对于排球项目运动技能形成的影响，旨在进一步提高排球课的授课效果，为教法改革积累实证素材．
