| 摘 要： | 合肥市震害预测与减灾对策系统是我国“九五”城市防震减灾信息管理和辅助决策系统之一。文章基于ＧＩＳ技术，在ＡｒｃＶｉｅｗ ＧＩＳ３．０ 环境下集成和开发了合肥市震害预测与减灾对策系统。并介绍了系统的主要结构和内容，重点探讨了系统集成的方法和技术，对系统开发过程中的关键问题进行了讨论
