| 摘 要： | 自发形成的开封市仁和屯艺术教育已经小有名气。结合我国大力发展文化产业的新形势,考虑开封自身的文化资源优势与发展任务,有必要对这个艺术教育村落进行适当的规划与引导。帮助仁和屯文化艺术村不断壮大,具有多方面的意义。政府、社区以及其他相关力量应该共同帮助和扶持这个内生性、根植性的文化艺术聚落进一步成长。

| Abstract: | The art education which formed spontaneously in Renhe Village of Kaifeng has already had slight prestige and influence. Under the new situation that most domestic cities begin to develop the cultural industry vigorously, considering Kaifeng＇s own resources and development request, it is necessary to carry on suitable plan and guidance to this village. It will have various significance to help the village to grow strong. The government and the community as well as other related strengths shall help and support this culture and art village. |
