| 摘 要： | 长期资金的筹集是企业发展过程中的一项重要内容，有多种方法可供选择。本文研究内源筹资法的技术特点，对外源筹资法中的负债筹资和股权筹资进行比较。认为上市公司应提高长期负债筹资的比重，中小企业应采用多种方法相结合的组合筹资。

| Abstract: | Raising long-term capital is an important content in the process of enterprise development, there being a lot of method to choose. This paper concludes its necessarity to raise long-term debt finance in the listed corporations and adopt grouped method in the small-medium sized enterprises, probing technical characteristic of internal finance and comparing debt finance with stock finance. |
