玉树马血液生化指标测定初报

对青海省68匹马玉树马的20项血液生化指标进行了测定。结果为：BK，（34．20±2．96）mmol／L；SK，（3．77±0．45）mmol／L；EK，（91．12±5．42）mmol／L；SNa，（133．79±4．34）mmol／L；SCI，（106．31±4．26）mmol／L；SCa，（2．74±0．13）mmol／L；SP，（0．99±0．25）mmol／L；ZnTT，（5．06±1．96）孔氏单位；TTT，（2．06±1．74）麦氏单位；ALP，（5．25±1．19）IU／L；AST，（213．62±35．73）IU／L；血清总蛋白，（80．15±4．72）g／L；血清白蛋白，（40．46±3．82）g／L；血清球蛋白，（39．69±4．66）g／L；A／G，1．04±0．21；血清蛋白组分（％）：A（50．35±5．08），α1（3．23±1．32），α2（8．95±2．42），β（12．33±3．40），γ（25．14±4．34）。
