摘    要:以Fe2O3和NiO为主要原料,添加5%的Cu,采用粉末冶金方法成功地制备出NiFe2O4惰性阳极.研究表明,制备NiFe2O4陶瓷粉体的最佳工艺条件是:1100~1200℃,6h;采用冷等静压成型-真空烧结工艺制备了Cu—NiFe2O4金属陶瓷惰性阳极,结果表明,最佳烧结温度为1300℃,8h.然后在960℃高温下进...

Abstract:Taking Fe2O3 and NiO as main raw materials with Cu of 5% , NiFe2O4 inert anode was successfully prepared by powder metallurgical method. The results show that the best process to synthesize NiFe2O4 spinel is at 1100 - 1200 ℃ for 6 hours. Cold isostatic pressing and subsequently vacuum sintering method was adopted to synthesize Cu -NiFe2O4 inert anodes. The results indicate that the best process to synthesize Cu - NiFe204 is at 1300℃ for 8h. Then , aluminum electrolytic experiment was made at 960 ℃. According to X -ray diffraction of electrolyzed anode, its chemical corrosion mechanism in cryolite melt is discussed.
