| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the present conditions and problems of sci-tech periodicals in universities,thinked that the traditional circulate mode has made sci-tech periodicals in universities is hard to continue development in winning,in order to change the present condition and look for the new breakthrough,scitech periodicals must abide by the road of specialization,collectivization,the network,the rule of laws. |
