带半圆柱微透镜的超薄直下式LED平板灯设计

摘    要:为了解决传统直下式发光二极管(LED)平板灯厚度大、均匀度较低的缺点,设计一种带半圆柱微透镜的超薄平板灯.该透镜上半部分是竖放的圆柱,下半部分是横放的半圆柱阵列.以一个正六棱柱作为单元模块,通过Tracepro软件及Taguchi实验法进行模拟仿真,对带半圆柱微透镜的半圆柱半径、圆柱厚度、透镜半径及透镜距LED的高度进行优化.结果表明:当半圆柱半径为0.2 mm,透镜半径为1.5 mm,透镜距LED高度为2.5 mm,圆柱厚度为0.5 mm时,其显示效果最好,并设计出一款厚度为15 mm,照度均匀度为95.53%,光效率为95.99%的超薄直下式LED平板灯,该平板灯符合现代超薄、节能的发展要求.

Abstract:In order to solve the shortcomings of the traditional straight-down light emitting diode(LED)plate lamp with large thickness and low uniformity, an ultra-thin plate lamp with a semi-cylindrical microlens was designed. The upper part of the lens is an vertically placed cylinder and the lower part is a horizontally placed semi-cylindrical array. Taking a regular six-prism as the unit module, the simulation was carried out by Tracepro software and Taguchi experimental method, and the half-cylinder radius, cylindrical thickness, lens radius and lens distance LED height with half-cylinder microlens were optimized. The results show that: when the half-cylinder radius is 0.2 mm, the lens radius is 1.5 mm, the lens distance from the LED height is 2.5 mm, the cylindrical thickness is 0.5 mm, the display effect is the best, meanwhile design a thickness of 15 mm, illumination uniformity of 95.53%, light efficiency of 95.99% ultra-thin straight-down LED plate lamp, this panel lamp meet the requirement with the modern ultra-thin, energy-saving development.
