猴头菌深层发酵工艺条件的研究

摘    要:通过单因子试验和多因子正交试验,优化筛选了适于猴头茵摇瓶培养条件。结果表明,其适宜的摇瓶条件为:培养温度28℃,培养基起始pH值为5.0,摇瓶装量为60mL/250mL,接种量15%,摇瓶培养最适碳氮源及其浓度分别为:可溶性淀粉3.5%。酵母膏3.5%。

Abstract:By using single factor experiment and orthogonal designs experiment, definively select culture conditions of a suitable Hericium erinaceus shaking culture. The results show that appropriate conditions for shaking culture temperature was 28 ℃, initial pH was 5.0, 60mL filled volume in size 250mL flask, inoculum quantity was 15 %, Shake flask optimum carbon, nitrogen and concentration were: 3.5% soluble starch, yeast extract 3.5 %.
