| 摘 要： | 通过单因子试验和多因子正交试验，优化筛选了适于猴头茵摇瓶培养条件。结果表明，其适宜的摇瓶条件为：培养温度28℃，培养基起始pH值为5．0，摇瓶装量为60mL／250mL，接种量15％，摇瓶培养最适碳氮源及其浓度分别为：可溶性淀粉3．5％。酵母膏3．5％。

| Abstract: | By using single factor experiment and orthogonal designs experiment, definively select culture conditions of a suitable Hericium erinaceus shaking culture. The results show that appropriate conditions for shaking culture temperature was 28 ℃, initial pH was 5.0, 60mL filled volume in size 250mL flask, inoculum quantity was 15 %, Shake flask optimum carbon, nitrogen and concentration were： 3.5% soluble starch, yeast extract 3.5 %. |
