| 摘 要： | 采用量表法对福州市2000名大学生进行休闲障碍及休闲无聊感进行调查。结果表明：当前大学生的休闲无聊感较高,休闲障碍以结构性障碍最为突出;休闲障碍的各层面与休闲无聊感均存在相关。针对调查结果,提出相应建议。

| Abstract: | Through the methods of questionnaire investigation, 2000 Fuzhou college students went through an investigation of leisure constraints and leisure boredom, Study explored a high level of leisure boredom in undergraduates nowadays, Structural constraint was most prominent one of all leisure constraints. All the levels of leisure constraints had correlation with leisure boredom. |
