日本七鳃鳗脊髓中细胞连接和肾脏超微结构的研究

摘    要:本文对日本七鳃鳗脊髓和肾脏的超微结构进行了较详细地观察。其结果表明:日本七鳃鳗脊髓中已见到有化学突触(轴一树突触和树一树突触)、桥粒和半桥粒三种细胞连接。肾小体滤过屏障可分为内皮、基膜和足细胞次级突起的裂孔三层。肾小管的上皮由明、暗两种细胞构成,该两种细胞主要差别是处于不同的功能状态,细胞器致密程度不同所致。上皮细胞的侧面有连接复合体。

Abstract:In this paper,observation on ultrastructure of Spinal cord and kidneys in Lampre Japonica are detailed here.Showed that three kinds of cell junc- tion have observed:Chemical synapse (aro-dendritic synapse and dendrodrit- ic synapse),desmosome and hemidesmosonme.Filtr tion barrier of remal corp- uscle is divided into three layers:The endothelial cell,A basement membra- ne and slit of the foot Secondary processes.The epithelial cell of tubule is composed of light cell and shade cell.The two kinds of cell are different because they are different state of function and different cell organ content. By the side of epithelial cell there is junction compound.
