铁基蒙脱土修饰电极上多巴胺的电化学行为及其测定

摘    要:制备了FeC l3改性蒙脱土修饰电极,采用循环伏安法研究了多巴胺(DA)在该电极上的电化学行为.结果表明,电极过程为扩散控制的准可逆过程,其氧化峰电流与浓度在1.0×10^-5-4.0×10^-3mol·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,其线性回归方程为:Ipa(A)=-3.288 04×10^-6-0.035 99 C(mol·L^-1),相关系数R为0.997 6,检测限可达2.88×10^-6mol·L^-1,回收率在95.4%-103.1%之间,为DA的测定建立了一种电化学方法.

Abstract:FeCl3 modified clay electrode was made. The electrochemical behavior of dopamine was studied on modified montmorillonite Electrode Activation by Cyclic vohammetry. The result indicated that the electrode process was a quasi-reversible electrode reaction and controlled by diffusibility. And from the result we can find a good linearity between the oxidation peak current and concentration of DA in the range of 1.0 × 10^-5 mol· L^-1 -4.0 × 10^-3mol · L^-1, With a detection limit of 2.88 × 10^-6 mol· L^-1, the linear equation is Ipa(A) = -3. 288 04 × 10^-6 -0. 035 99c (mol ·L^-1) ,whose relative coefficient is 0. 997 6. The recoveries test gave values in the range of 95.4% - 103.1% , a direct electroanalytical method for determing DA was established.
