循环流化床锅炉自动控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:锅炉系统的控制过程十分复杂,系统内部的给煤、给风等对象耦合性强,控制过程的非线性和大滞后是控制系统的难题。采用智能自动化方法及策略,有效地提出循环流化床锅炉各控制参数的控制要求,克服多回路耦合和煤质干扰,很好的解决了锅炉控制的难题。

Abstract:Control process of boiler systems is very complex featured as the strong coupling of objects of giving out coal and wind within systems. Nonlinear and Large-lag System in control process are problems of control systems. By using intelligent automatic method and strategies, demand about each parameter of the circulating fluidized bed boiler control is effectively proposed, which solves perfectly the problem of boiler control of multi-loop coupling and interference of coal quality.
