大台井"川法"支护系统稳定性分析

摘    要:针对薄煤层开采支护系统的稳定性问题,通过理论计算分析在冲击载荷作用下俯伪斜走向分段密集采煤法(简称“川法”)支护系统的稳定性。探讨相关参数如支柱的密集程度、垫层的厚度与弹性、煤层的倾角与厚度,特别是顶板冒落岩块的大小与冒落位置,对支护系统稳定性的影响。此采煤法支护系统的稳定性主要取决于密集柱与顶底板间的最大静摩擦力。当因顶板冒落岩块冲击而产生的摩擦力大于密集柱与顶板间的最大静摩擦力时,支护系统将会因稳定性不足而被冲垮。俯伪斜走向分段密集采煤法适合于薄煤层,2m以上的煤层已不适合于此种支护系统。

Abstract:In view of the problem of supporting stability of mining thin coal,by theoretical calculation,the supporting stability of seudoslope section dense mining method(Shichuan mining method)is analyzed in the condition of the roof rock shocking.The influence of some parameters on the supporting stability is discussed,such as hydropost number,padding thickness and elasticity,coal seam inclination and thickness,volume and place of the roof dropping rock and so on.The supporting stability depends on the maximal static friction force between the hydropost and the rock seam of roof and bottom.When the maximal static friction force is less than the friction force caused by the roof rock shocking,the supporting stability will be not enough and the supporting system will break down.This coal mining method is suitable for thin coal sean whose thickness is not greater than 2 m.
